Marigny deMauriac

Marigny created EndoUnfiltered so fewer women wait as long as she did for answers. She spent more than 20 years being told her pain was normal. She had symptoms before her first period, by age 14, and extremely difficult periods from 17. She was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis at 38. She then underwent two surgeries within one calendar year: a full hysterectomy, oophorectomy (removal of both of her ovaries), and removal of her fallopian tubes and her cervix, plus rectal surgery to remove an endometrioma in her digestive tract. Before that, she had three colonoscopies, each of which also included removal of lesions from her intestines.

Marigny is also the founder and CEO of deMAURIAC, a 100% women-owned, independent, fee-only fiduciary financial planning and Registered Investment Advisory firm she launched in 2020. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®, CEPA®, ABFP®, AAMS®) with a Master's in Counseling and a background as a mental health professional, she has spent more than a decade guiding women through major financial transitions. She serves clients across the U.S. through personalized TeleWealth services, has supported more than 1,100 women-owned businesses across the Gulf South, and since 2025 has angel-invested in 7 women-owned companies, including one successful exit.
